  1. Cancellation Of Application
    Cancellation of the application is not available on the website once you submit the form and make the payment regardless you submit your documents or not. THE CONSULTANCY FEE PAID BY YOU IS NON-REFUNDABLE . Please read the terms and conditions and refund policy before applying on our website. Please note that no claims will be entertained after submitting the form and making the payment, and a refund will not be provided.
    However you can avail any other service like Udyam Registration, GST Registration etc with the money you paid. Every service charge is different so you need to pay the difference if any.
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. As part of our service, we require customers to provide us with all necessary documents and information to process their application. We understand that circumstances can arise that may prevent customers from submitting these documents within the given time frame. However, to ensure timely processing of applications and to maintain the quality of our services, we have a cancellation policy in place.
If a customer fails to submit the required documents within 3 days of their application, their application will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise that may prevent customers from submitting their documents within the given time frame. In such cases, we encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible to discuss their situation. We may be able to provide an extension, subject to our discretion.

  1. Refund Request
    Refund will be provided only if we fail to fulfill your application within 15-21 days ( days will be counted after you submit your documents ). If there is any server / technical issue occurs in between the application processing, It may take additional 7 days over and above the given time.   2. Cancellation Of Application
    For the shop act services that are given to you, shopactregistration.in, will only accept refunds if the service is not provided by us for any reason or in case we fail to complete your application after receiving the payment within 15-21 days ( subject to document submission by you and server issue occurs ) ,80{43f39718fc684d3718656c4e39111db46efeda0cd0b4f1567291faa719717b96} refund will be issued. We count the application processing days from the date you submit or upload your documents on our portal. Shopactregistration.in, reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties. The refund process will be initiated once we confirmation of the services not provided. In case of refund request accepted, amount will be refunded in the same mode you have paid.
  3. Issuance Of Shop Act Licence
    Shop act licence applied online, and uploaded the documents , it will be delivered within 24-168 hours on the email id provided in the application form.
  4. Clarification About Application
    If you have any query about application process, you can write us mail at support@shopactmaharashtra.org In case we need any additional clarification about your shop act application, our team will reach you by email or call.
5.1 If you have applied or renewed Shop act after 2018 then there is no need to renew shop act as after 2018 there is no expiry date. Please note that if you still filled the form and made the payment the amount paid is non refundable. However you can take other service like Udyam Registration, GST etc. with the money you paid. Every service charge is different so you need to pay the difference if any.
6.Our company expressly provides that the consultancy fees paid by the client is Non-refundable in any case and no claims in this regards will be entertained, except where our company is unable to provide the services for any reasons which are under the control of our company, its Owners, officers, directors and employees.
Refunds
6.1 Our company expressly provides that the fees paid by the client is in the nature of Consultancy Fees. In General, No refunds are entertained by our company under any circumstances / or on any basis, in other words Consultancy Fees Paid by client are NON REFUNDABLE.
6.2 It must be clearly understood by every client that a huge amount is spent by our company on advertising in Google & Other Platforms apart from normal business fixed and recurring costs. Our company pays advertisement cost based on clicks by customer. Such costs are incurred when the client clicks on our website ads. Even though client has not submitted his documents and details but costs are incurred & are borne by our company.
6.2 It must be clearly understood by every client that a huge amount is spent by our company on advertising in Google & Other Platforms apart from normal business fixed and recurring costs. Our company pays advertisement cost based on clicks by customer. Such costs are incurred when the client clicks on our website ads. Even though client has not submitted his documents and details but costs are incurred & are borne by our company.
Thus to recover such costs, Consultancy fees paid by client is NON REFUNDABLE.
Decision on refunds taken by our company shall be final & binding upon the client.
If needed, www.shopactregistration.in team will ask clarification on email or phone on the details provided by you, If you do not respond to that email within 48 hours, then your order will be closed and no refund will be processed
This website is a property of a consultancy firm, providing consultancy services w.r.t. MSME / Shop act Registration. We expressively declare that we are private consultants. We have no relation or we do not represent any government official or any government department such as MSME department, etc.

7.Force Majeure
shopactregistration.in shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of god or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force majeure event”).
